At NDA Spa, we aim to deliver your order promptly and with care. Below, you’ll find our streamlined shipping guidelines:
Shipping Details
- Carrier: We ship all orders via USPS.
- Processing Days: Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders of $150 or more within the United States.
- Origin: All orders ship directly from our NDA Spa location.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please use this to monitor your package’s progress.
Shipping Delays
If your order hasn’t arrived within a week:
- Check your tracking number for updates.
- Note that severe weather can impact shipping timelines. Unfortunately, carriers do not reimburse shipping costs due to weather delays, so we are unable to offer refunds in these instances.

- Verify that your shipping address is correct during checkout.
- Check for potential weather delays in your area.
- Select the shipping method that best meets your delivery needs.
Once your package leaves our facility, it is under the carrier’s control. If you encounter issues, we recommend contacting USPS directly with your tracking information for faster resolution.
