Return Policy Overview
At NDA Medical Spa, we value your satisfaction and aim to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. Please review our returns policy below for all purchases made through our store.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on unopened and undamaged products within 14 days of purchase. To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and unopened, with all original packaging and tags intact.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.
2. Refund Options
- All approved returns will be refunded as NDA Medical Spa Store Credit, which can be applied to future purchases.
- We do not offer cash refunds.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please:
- Contact us at noelle@ndamedicalspa.com within 14 days of purchase.
- Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
- Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to ship your item back to us.

Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:
- Contact us immediately at noelle@ndamedicalspa.com or (609) 997-2639 within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund in store credit.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Opened or used products.
- Personal care and beauty products for hygiene reasons.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Gift cards.

6. Exchanges
To exchange an item, follow the return process above. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item using your store credit.
7. International Orders
For items shipped to the European Union, customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. During this time, you may return your item for any reason. Items must still meet the return eligibility criteria above (unopened, unused, and in original packaging).
8. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval status.
- Approved returns will be refunded as store credit within 10 business days.
- If you haven’t received your credit within 15 business days, please contact us at noelle@ndamedicalspa.com.
9. Important Notes
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed.
10. Refunds for Services
We do not offer refunds on services rendered even if you are disappointed in the result or unhappy with the outcome and our packages are non-transferable. As stated in our consent forms, “I understand that the results of my treatment cannot be guaranteed. I understand that my results may vary based on the following factors: skin type, area of body being treated, post treatment care. I understand I may require multiple treatments in order to obtain the desired results”. It is up to the discretion of our patients to move forward with treatment after the consent form is signed and before said service is rendered.
